In November I traveled to Raleigh, North Carolina and attended a fantastic workshop put on by Don Giannatti. If you have never heard of him and are into professional photography lighting techniques you must check him out.
The workshop was hosted by Brian Mullins Photography and held at their studio in Apex. We had a small group of 13 attendees and learned so much together in just two days. Don has 35 years experience in the business and owned the third largest ad agency in Phoenix for 10 years. He is a great teacher and my photography will never be the same. I was able to be back there for a total of five days and was also able to attend the Wedding Photographic Society’s monthly meeting, which happened to be Don Giannatti doing a mini-seminar on “Going Pro”. On the flight back my leg into Chicago was delayed and rerouted thru Phoenix. Guess who I sat next to on the way back ☺
