Shoot for a salad recipe

Proposal is for shooting the ingredients of a salad recipe:

Specifics:
This shoot will be done on a white background – a clean white background. We will leave a little space in front of the food for type, but we don’t need much more than a few inches.

This image will be a vertical image in magazine format (8.5×11).

Ingredients:

Recipe: (from the TV show and book “Made In Spain” by José Andrés- Extremaduran cold tomato bread salad)

We fell in Love with his cooking. He had a show on TV for a couple years. It’s on DVD on Netflix. Awesome recipes!!
